Great service super helpful solving an issue with my laptop

My parents had a perfectly decent late 2012 model iMac that had slowed to a snails pace because of the ever growing size of the newer iOS releases. Apple wouldn’t provide any upgrade or maintenance services (obviously more keen to sell me a new iMac). I found 1st Class Computer Services on google and Mark recommended we replace the old HDD with an SSD (static state drive) as well as installing an additional 16MB RAM.
