Jermaine recently installed a new unit for me and he did such an amazing job . From beginning to end the process was smooth and easy. He is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough.. We took over a large warehouse in the Hollywood area. The AC had to be replaced and having used 1st Commercial before, they were my first and only call. Not only were the old units replaced, but illustrated plans were drawn up, calibrating and measuring the proper duct work and air flow to accommodate the bldg when the intense summer heat arrives. 1st Class Commercial Services exemplifies the name. 1st class all the way! Mr. Barton installed a 4 ton AC unit in my home. The service was excellent and professional. He discarded the old unit and left my home looking better than it did before he arrived. Best AC service in South Florida.
