Bought a Chevy Traverse. Noticed a noise in the front end. The salesman said they had to put a new tire on and it just needed an alignment. The next day I went and had 4 new tires put on and the car aligned. Spent $1100. Still noticed the noise. Took it to a Chevy dealership and it needed $4000 worth of repairs. Went directly to First Class and the owner Jim was so nasty to me. I mean nasty. Tried to tell me I caused the issues and he wasn't being a nice guy. We bought a car there and within a month the oil cooler went bad when wr purchased the car the salesman,named Dave that sold us the car also sold us a warranty whuch he said covers everything under the hood and car well come to find out it dont now we gotta fork out 1100 dollars for parts and labor along with the heater core going bad DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE
buyer beware, bought a car from them within 2 weeks transmission would not shift into over drive, lost over $4500. dont buy a car from these guys, they will rip you off.just found out a friend bought a car from them a couple weeks ago, his motor blew up has to replace engine. he bought the insurance, but the fine print says they will only cover 500 dollars of a $3000 repair.buyer beware! buyer beware! buyer beware!! go anywhere else you will be better off not trusting these doushe bags!!
Purchased a lemon the cars here look good but thats about it...Find another used car dealer if you want a car the will last more than 5 months!!!
an extremelyover priced dealer who has somewhat nice looking vehicles yet very high milage, anyone with the slightest intelligence wouldn't pay $12,000.00 for anything that has 200,000 miles or close to yet alone expect to get that for something 10 years old !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a joke...
