The costs were as expected and VERY reasonable, considering the state of my unfinished concrete floor. I will absolutely call them again and will refer them to anyone who needs these services! They did an amazing job! I had a family room carpet with several dog urine stains.....they got them clean! I called for a small area touch up and they returned promptly the next day and took care of it....no extra charge! Friendly, professional, hard working and prompt. What a pleasure to be so well treated and very happy with the service and outcome. If you have carpet that you think can't be saved, CALL Ginny! They are very knowledgeable and experienced with tough stains! I'm very thankful....
