Anyone looking to this company to purchase Giardino apartments on O'Sullivan Road Bellevue Hill please be aware they are selling apartments being built by a de-registered and now bankrupted building company AltaVale Residential Pty Ltd. His building licence was taken away because of massive defects on other apartment buildings he has constructed, and ASIC has now appointed an external administrator. This si the calibre of people they deal with
