Did not tint the car to agreed, legal, value....45% not the agreed to 35% (32-35% legal) Verified by reputable inspection station. Agreed to correct w/ additional cost, customer agreed - called back an hour or later to cancel said agreement. Poor phone skills, hangs up when backed into a verbal corner.... Nice guy @ first, but be wary if any problems occur.
