The Doctor was great and very helpful. The front desk was not so helpful and friendly.
Dr. Turner was professional and provided me the care I needed - entire process from check-in to discharge was effective and efficient. The MA. Zeina, was professional and efficient. I was in and out and picked up my prescription immediately after my visit. I was very satisfied.
Mia, at the front desk of the Bloomfield Hills location, was very professional, pleasant, and efficient. She was exceptionally kind when helping another patient on the phone. That patient was trying to call the ER, and Mia offered to help find her the phone number. Above and beyond — well done Mia!
