i've been here twice and once i waited 10 minutes and another i waited about 35. Ive waited 3+ hours in a urgent care walk in clinic so i dont mind under an hour wait. the dr always takes her time talking to me then im out asap. everyone has been super nice. just had to say ive had great experiences with them because good customer service is hard to come by these days.

I have been in Gainesville for over twenty years. This is the best place I have ever visited for urgent care. The staff was fast, friendly, and professional. The cost was very reasonable.

I work in healthcare so I understand the ins and outs of medical care. I was extremely pleased in the level of care I received at this office. To be able to get help when I was in pain after work, and be seen in less than 20 minutes was a real blessing. The staff was polite and concerned about my comfort. The office staff member contacted by insurance company to see if I had a copay for the visit. All together, I left the clnic in less than an hour with the prescriptiions I needed, excellent care, and without any cash out of... read more
