I needed the oil changed and my tires balanced, they were able to get me in quickly and as always, staff was a pleasure to talk too.
They replaced parts not needing replacement. My brakes shudder now, like they put on warped rotors. I had my old rotors turned and they barely needed it. They kept my car all day, used their alignment people even though I told them I could have it done, so my vehicle was returned to me 5 minutes before they close for the weekend. I talked with the office person for half an hour waiting for my vehicle, and she didn't know who I was the next Mon.
