They put new siding on my home in the fall of 2024, fair prices and quality work. The crew on my job was great to work with and had excellent communication throughout. I was impressed and pleased with the workmanship and would definitely use 1st Choice Remodeling again!
Brett made the process convenient for us by coming over to our house and talking about the different siding options. The quote he provided us for the different siding options were below the other quotes we received, so we thought it was a fair price. We went with the Edco Steel siding. We had 1st Choice replace our windows with Andersen windows and our siding with LP Smartside. His team did excellent work and were great folks to work with. We love our new windows and the siding looks fantastic. The communication with Brett & the site teams was excellent, and we definitely recommend.
We had our siding replaced in April. Brett and his team did an amazing job. We would use Brett again!
Brett was outstanding. No pressure appointment which we really appreciated. He gave us options came to our home a few times to triple check measurements and go over trim and color options with the installer. The install crew actually found warranty issues with a couple windows and took care of it all without us asking. Great service all around and excellent pricing. We got anderson series 100 windows for less than one other quote for off brand vinyl. Give them a chance before settling for some lesser product.
