My grandma decided to go through 1st choice and now we have no ac because our compressor went out they even put up something in front of the gas furnace and keep all the hot air in there with the furnace which kept making the house hot and they even cleared codes too that were more than likely important telling them what is wrong and they totally ignored it even had a surpriser come out twice and that didn't help either dont let them scam you use you for money there were evn faulty parts in the ac unit outside that they wrot... read more

We heard a noise on our outside unit. The tech came out and did nothing at all. He was not professional. He only spoke to my husband.Horrible business.

We were hearing a noise on our outside unit and our warranty company suggested this company (we usually use someone else). The guy came out and said there was a programming issue in our upstairs Nest thermostat. He fixed it and we paid a $129 fee. That night with the heat programmed to 68 we discovered the next morning that it was 89 degrees upstairs where our children were asleep. We flipped it to A/C. The temp would not drop below 78/79.
