My dad had a very pleasant experience with 1st choice. Scheduled him in a timely manner, very informative about why his issue is happening and recommended a yearly clean out. Pay is due time of service, but is very affordable. Very respectful of the home & wear shoe covers to keep things clean. Very polite gentleman.
I always get the quickest response when I call for help. My mother and I are always treated with great respect when the service technicians come out. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs
Make First Choice Plumbing your LAST CHOICE. IT'S BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS AND STILL HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM THEM. I contacted them November of 2023, yes last year. At that point I had the most serious of plumbing issues where the main drain no longer worked for a month. I did not have a functioning drain. They knew this. They came out. Did an observation. My water heater went out over the weekend. Stopped Monday morning @ 9:30 and talked to Richard Lopez in the office. By 1:40 that afternoon I had a new water heater installed. Pretty awesome.
