I would strongly recommend 1st Choice Physical Therapy for anyone who is looking for a great place to feel better. I'm an RN and an avid lifter, and I went here to get my shoulder checked out after it was bothering me for a few months. Dave is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He gives excellent (but manageable) exercises and stretches that target your specific needs, and is able to back all explanations up with appropriate anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. If you're looking for a great physical therapy experience, go to 1st Choice on John R in Troy. Dave is well versed in all kinds of physical needs. I felt safe there as far as social distancing and sanitizing go. I would definitely recommend 1st Choice.
Dave is excellent and he is very experienced. I have been to this facility for 5 weeks for my shoulder pain. Dave gave me best therapy and he never hesitated to evaluate other issues causing the problem and he will go out extra mile to treat the surrounding muscle issues. I highly recommend this to anyone. Clean and open facility. Lisa is nice and welcoming. See Dave that’s all i can say. All the best Dave and Lisa.

I highly recommend Dave. He is very knowledgeable and explains you everything in detail. After suffering more than 2 years with pain in my arm due to nerve pinch and trying multiple therapist, I finally was pain free with his help.
