I'm a real estate professional. They were very nice on the phone, they had to reschedule our appointment twice for an "emergency escrow" situation, which I accommodated, and then they cancelled day of/morning of at the time of the appt after I'd been waiting for them for over an hour citing "the inspector isn't feeling well." Unprofessional handling of appointments and blatant disregard for someone else's schedule and time. Owner was rude and discriminant. Very unprofessional. Be aware if you have an accent (immigrant) and are successful Charlene will tell you to go back to where you came from. Unbelievable and Unacceptable
Inspection ended up with no termites - just spider droppings. 2nd time using them. Honest staff and fair pricing.
