A big part of moving is knowing your leverage and knowing what you’re willing to compromise on - and there’s a reason we will always insist on using Mike. He provides perfectly objective clarity, is thorough in his explanations (in discussions and reports), and has no problem calling out issues as he sees them based on his vast experience. Seriously: don’t risk it. People like Mike really do exist - give him a call and see for yourself :)

Missed mold in multiple rooms, which cost us thousands and delayed our move in by multiple months. Still dealing with issues months later. We chose him because he was a "Certified Mold Inspector", and emphasized that was our number one concern. I understand not being able to find everything, but I pointed out to him multiple areas of concern, which he assured me were not water damaged and would not have mold, no further investigation. Every area I flagged needed remediation.

A+++ for this inspection. Gave me the run down of buying a property and big ticket items to look for. Stand up guy always willing to give up his best knowledge when owning a property or managing. Gave the best dose of reality, which is what every inspector should do. Above and beyond!
