We would not recommend Roy Frazier and this company unless you want to wait a couple of years for them to respond. We were given so many excuse’s and that’s what they were because the company was suppose to do warranty work on the original foundation repair. Roy Frazier constantly ignored our emails. Shame on him for such bad work and terrible customer service.

I'm giving one star only because I HAVE to in order to post this review. In reality, I don't think they deserve a star at all. We chose this company after a gentleman named Roy Frazier came out to our home to give the initial quote and discuss what needed to be done to level our home. We had around 5-6 quotes, and this one was in middle price-wise. We liked what seemed like professionalism by Roy which is what made us choose 1st Choice. I highly recommend this company for leveling. They doors a great and effective job in a timely manner. As a female I was concerned about being taken advantage of but did not experience that here. The price was exactly what it should have been for the work. I never felt unsafe. They are licensed, insured and included warranty. Great company and people.

These guys are the best!!!!! They knew exactly how to level my home the right way and the proper way. I wished I had called them earlier. Don't get ripped off by going with some other company. I threw away a lot of money going with 2 other companies in the last 6 years. One of them just last summer and they did't fix anything right. 1st Choice did it all correct!!! I am so pleased. Did a awesome job !! The inspector and crew were very helpful being I never had to go thru this before,,,and the price was in my budget.! I would say I was very pleased.
