I can not speak highly enough of Keith and resolving our hot water dilemma. He was really busy but managed to get it sorted much sooner that expected and at such good value!! He's so friendly and upfront, by far the best of 3 quotes!!!

Our instantaneous gas hot water system broke last weekend. Monday morning I rang 1st Choice and spoke to Keith which he was very helpful. Had a quote to me within 10 minutes of speaking with him. Accepted the quote and had the gas unit delivered that morning. Then their plumber came out that afternoon to install. I don't remember this employees name but he was friendly, courteous and efficient. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
