Kevin is now totally unresponsive - phone number no longer works. Shoddy work on 1/2 of a $30,000 siding install - work was given to a sub who, according to the siding manufacturer was improperly installed. Neither 1st Choice nore the sub respond to calls, texts, or emails. Fixing this will be another $10,000 or so, which I do not have. Considering legal action, but practically speaking, that will not work as the company declared bankruptcy in October 2022 without notice. They are in bankruptcy! Still owed some materials from my remodel which was roof, siding, and windows. Took a roof deposit from my young widowed neighbor with 3 children and filed bankruptcy!
