Both of my parents received care through First Choice Home Health and Hospice, and our experience was truly exceptional. Margo and Katie were outstanding! Detailed, organized, timely, and incredibly easy to talk with. They took the time to educate them and made sure they felt informed and supported every step of the way. Their compassion and professionalism made a difficult time so much easier for our family. I would highly recommend First Choice to anyone in need of home health or hospice services.

My grandmother was referred to home health care for Alzheimer's, and mobility issues. She had an excellent physical therapist multiple times over the months they cared for her. Everyone was kind, responsive, and thorough during their visits and at the office when called. I appreciated that they could handle lab work at home and send it to DLO. First visit they dined me up. No second visit. They called over a month later for a second visit I did not need so they discharged me. Six months later they charged Medicare $3600, which Medicare paid, and for 6 visits. I turned them in for fraud to Medicare.

They were able to provide great information and support as I needed help with a family member. With how stressful being in a spot of needing help urgently is, their team responded promptly and helped our family out immensely. Much appreciated :)
