1st Choice Home Health has an amazing team that does amazing work for their patients. Everyone there from the office to the nurses go above and beyond to ensure all their patient's needs are met. I would highly recommend them anytime.
I would like to start off by saying wow what great nurses that came and took care of my mom (86). They where caring and went over the top with treating my mom like she was theirs. The office staff were always helpful and polite. I would recommend this company into taking care of me someday.
Gave us unrealistic expectations and then would not return phone calls. Unbelievable.
The medical staff in the field whose job is respite home healthcare, need lessons in ethical behavior!! The first day we have someone come to take care of my mom, the employee told the family my mom only had HOURS to live! This has sent our entire family into hysterics, and should NEVER be allowed!! The office staff and telephone conversations afterwards made me fell a little better, but anyone besides a specialist should never throw a family into that kind of panic!! This agency is definitely lacking in people skills. The nurse they sent has upset my mother on several occasions then choose to show up when they want with no regular schedule. I do not recommend for nursing care. Their pt care reps are very considerate and always advise in advance regarding schedule changes. The party Teresa I do not care for the attitude or the way she spoke to me when I was asked to return a call to her. She made it clear that my mothers needs were not important if she had seen her doctor, even though the... read more
