Had a terrible leaking roof all winter long luckily I found first choice home construction they did an outstanding job they were very pleasant to work with and they exceeded my expectations I definitely will use them and recommend them to anybody in need of roofing services in Seattle
We had leaking in the second floor den and first floor garage ceiling 1 week ago. Our HOA hired a roofing company, they put tarp on the roof. They don't know how to repair tile roof. 1st Choice Home Construction really came through for me. I had a shoddy roof repair from a shady company whose office number was now disconnected. Worse, it was raining and the leak was not fixed. Joe showed me what was wrong and scheduled me into their already booked schedule to fix the problem.
Overall I definitely recommend. We had a roof leak on our condo flat roof. They came out to inspect same day, assessed the repair, completed a short term fix same day and provided a long-term quote very quickly. Once I decided to hire to complete the long-term job they went a bit radio silent because they got very busy with spring roofing projects.
