Richard, the owner, is very friendly and knowledgeable in what he does. He explained, in detail, work that needed to be done and why - in a detailed yet easy to understand way. He is very upfront about his charges and even provides invoices of his costs for materials, never charging more than a 30% markup. His "right hand", Eric is also a knowledgeable and friendly plumber. I totally recommend!
