Erik was a huge help, and I’d highly recommend him and 1st Choice Heating & Plumbing to anyone. He quickly fixed a gas leak and thoroughly serviced our furnace, getting it back into excellent working condition in no time. I also had several plumbing issues around the house, and he addressed them promptly. I had an excellent experience with 1st Choice Heating & Plumbing 3 days before Christmas. Erik came out quickly to diagnose my hot water tank that was not heating up anymore and he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He explained everything clearly, showed me exactly what was going on, and didn’t try to upsell or push any unnecessary repairs. Guy ‘I think Brian?’ Was very professional, did a great job. Only thing stopping from 5 stars was that they were supposed to be there one day, didn’t show as someone was sick so I was told I could be first person next day. He didn’t show up until after 11 and I had to leave at noon (which I had told them) so had to leave him with my tenant. That said, did great work, looks good and the price was reasonable (another company quoted me minimum $2800 - total rip off, was just over $1000 with first choice which is reasonable.
