Michael arrived before our scheduled time window. He was courteous, personable, and very informative about the issue with our HVAC unit - it all made perfect sense. Old connection wires original to the home had finally succumbed to age. Plus checked capacitor and found it to not be 100%. Changed that too and avoided another diagnostic call fee. All in about an hour and a half. Price was reasonable. I think we found a new HVAC company. Thank you.
