John Calhoun came to our house and made a presentation of the different types of foundation repair concrete versus steel. He was very prompt and he explained everything in great detail so that we fully understood what was the best option for our situation. Read and consider the fine print on this company’s warranty. Warranty will only transfer once. If this company had confidence in their work long term, then this wouldn’t be the case. The problems you are having today will be resolved, but this will impact the market value of your home in the future. There are many reputable foundation repair companies in the DFW area that offer transferable warranties regardless of how many times ownership transfers.
