Very unprofessional. Spoke with the DO yesterday who was a very nice gentleman and got called back today by the lady who works front desk who spoke to me in a very unprofessional way, very rude not only about me but my staff as well. Would not recommend this company to no one. Now I see it gets a 2 star rating
Whatever lady you have for customer service, is the most unprofessional ABSOLUTELY RUDE human being I ever came across!! She not only down graded my bosses decision to change company’s, she ridiculed her and myself via telephone because she “just couldn’t understand why we were switching” it’s not her business nor does anyone owe this rude woman any kind of explanation- BUT MAYBE IF SHE WAS NICER, we could have explained it in an adult manner. So what do you do? Stoop to their level and act childish too. Click. Good bye.
She was very efficient. He answered all my questions. They took good care of me. It couldn't have been any better.
