Whatever lady you have for customer service, is the most unprofessional ABSOLUTELY RUDE human being I ever came across!! She not only down graded my bosses decision to change company’s, she ridiculed her and myself via telephone because she “just couldn’t understand why we were switching” it’s not her business nor does anyone owe this rude woman any kind of explanation- BUT MAYBE IF SHE WAS NICER, we could have explained it in an adult manner. So what do you do? Stoop to their level and act childish too. Click. Good bye.
