I've bought 2 - slv 75-2 skid loader and a U85 mini ex from them. The maintenance Services has been absolutely fabulous. They get stuff in and normally have great turn around as long as part are in. But still have good turn around. Would highly recommend them.
I just want to mention the great bend over backwards support Big John Ben And parts department Justin gave me on one of the coldest days of the year to keep my sons business running to remove snow when our machine wasn’t running up to par Great service great people all the way around
I have had some difficulty starting this LX 3310 ever since I bought it. Recently it was struggling to start so I replaced the battery. The day after I installed the new battery, the tractor wouldn't start at all and just made a clicking sound. So I put a trickle charger on there to get it started and took it in for service thinking it was an electrical issue. Bought a Kubota 75-2 loader from them and its been nice. I bought it around May 2020. So far like it alot. Thinking about getting another one sometime in 2021. I really don't have to many complaints about the machine it self just more about the customer service. I ordered it with a Bluetooth radio and took awhile to get it. Then I get it installed and can't get the Bluetooth to hookup. I was told numerous times that my sales rep would come to the site and find out whats going on.
