I called to get a quote for a generator. He asked some questions about the house and said that the county set minimum generator sizes based on appliances and house size in order to get a permit, and that minimum was defined as the smallest generator that could power every electrical load in the house simultaneously. He said that would be 40kW and that I could not get a permit for anything smaller. I objected and he said that maybe he could leave off the air conditioning and it would be at least 26kW. Top notch, all the way around! Eric is a dedicated, responsive, skilled electrician, and the first person I would ever call when dealing with a generator issue. He goes out of his way to make sure things are done correctly, and is very accommodating. I recommend him without reservation!
We had a power outage and our generator wasn’t transferring power to the house and Eric walked me through troubleshooting it and got us back up and running. He was patient, thorough and never even asked for any payment. This was my first time working with him but I’m sure I will call him again for any electrical needs.
