Bryan, Anika, and Susan were a pleasure to work with. 1st choice was recommended by a family member who worked with them in the past and I'm happy I took the recommendation. We called on a Monday, Bryan came out on the same Wednesday, and we had a new roof installed 10 days later. No high pressure sales, no upsells, just honesty. Edit: The owner and his team came out to assess the job. I'm happy to report they were as appalled by the work done as I was. They assured me someone else would work on fixing things up. In just a few days, Brian came out to repair everything and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Since I truly don't blame the owner for what had happened and the repairs and cleanup were done quickly and beautifully, I am taking back my 1 star rating and giving them 5 stars.
