Edit: The owner and his team came out to assess the job. I'm happy to report they were as appalled by the work done as I was. They assured me someone else would work on fixing things up. In just a few days, Brian came out to repair everything and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Since I truly don't blame the owner for what had happened and the repairs and cleanup were done quickly and beautifully, I am taking back my 1 star rating and giving them 5 stars. Great roofing fix years ago but sloppy siding now. Justin was very friendly but unreliable. We were told we'd have a heads up before siding would be dropped off and then work would be scheduled. Justin left a message around 8:00pm saying he'd be there with the siding and would start work at 9:00am the next day. That left us no time to prepare as we had to be at work (remove items away from the house, mow the lawn, etc.) He was NOT there at 9:00 - came hours later. This was the case for each day. The roof for our back patio has had a couple leaky spots, so we called First Choice to see if they could help us figure out the issue and how to resolve it. Bryan came out, took a look at our roof, made a couple suggestions and did a couple small things. The immediate issues appear to have been resolved and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks to First Choice for coming out as quickly as they did and helping get things taken care of.
