On the pizza hut app it said my pizza was ready, so i get to the resturant there was aline of people and I noticed alot of customers was upset and just walking out, so whrn I finally got to the cashier, she said it would be another hour. I even showed her my pizza hut app saying my order was ready. So her excuse was "i am sorry that is incorrect, we are so busy and the app is wrong".
