Excellent service from Chris. Our car had a scraping sound on the front right tire while we were on a road trip, stopped for the night in Appleton. He got us in right away on a Sunday night and was professional and very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for his expertise and excellent communication.
Chris was awesome to work with! Helped us out big time with car repairs on a Sunday while we were traveling. We will definitely return to him in the future!
Chris is an excellent mechanic. He took great care of my 2010 Mazda3 and got me back on the road in no time. Chris was honest, upfront, and took the time to explain everything he found on my car. He showed me photos of the issues, explained which repairs were most important based on safety and the longevity of the vehicle, and showed me the old parts so I could see exactly what had failed. Chris is not only an incredible and honest mechanic but also a great guy and genuinely wants to help people my transmission went out in my car Chris got me a quote to get it replaced and worked with me on getting specific parts I wanted to use to improve performance he was able to get everything knocked out and working better then the car ever has he took extra time to go above and beyond and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else if I could give him more then 5 stars I would
I am from out of town and had wheel bearing issue. Chris stayed very late on a Friday night to repair my car. No worries now on my 7 hour drive home. Thank you and I definitely recommend Chris and his auto shop.
