Easy process and very helpful with everything!
This place has the worse customer service i have ever experienced. As soon as i called this place the guy who answered was hostile and rude. I asked him very basic questions and he started attacking me from the start. Its fine if you don't want a person's business but you could talk to them way better. I get the feeling that the owner is going to read this review and respond by making negative comments and try to turn it into my fault somehow. The owner was really easy to talk to! He took quite a bit of time out of his day to speak with me. I would recommend anyone interested in buying a car to give Bert a chance at your business!
Bert is the best, hands down! I purchased a vehicle from him a couple years ago and it was recently totalled, back to 1st Choice for another ride! I had issues with settling the payoff in the other vehicle and Bert stepped right in to help! I wouldn't go anywhere else when it comes to buying a vehicle!
Bert-you charged me for unnecessary gap insurance without informing me & I was never given any option to decline extra warranties. There's the hard truth. The hard truth is you charged me more money via depection that I need for my disabled son. The hard truth is you alone have to look at yourself in the mirror whilst cosplaying as an honest business man.
