I first connected with Napoleon, the owner, at the end of January after my car was involved in an unfortunate hit and run while parked at work. I was paying out of pocket and had shopped around at several shops—Napoleon gave me a significantly lower quote than anyone else and was incredibly honest and straightforward about what to expect.
