A ridiculous place with nonsense rules, a title department that doesn’t function, and policies that only protect seller franchise dealers while ignoring all rules for them. ARBs can’t even be opened on Fridays (apparently Friday isn’t considered a business day?). Once an ARB is opened, they give the seller 48 hours to provide the title, when at every other auction the standard is 24 hours. Asistí a la subasta, la mayoría de las ventas se quedaron en "if" o en "call" y lo que sucede es que te piden más del 200% más de lo que ofertaste es un absurdo. En otro caso que tuvimos esperamos el tiempo reglamentario nunca me llamaron, y decidí acudir. Llegando a la subastadora me dicen que la verdad es que no le llamaron al seller, y que Los disculpe. I’ll be going to this place for almost 3 years , Mike the lot manager he acts like he owns the auction is very hard to communicate with him , son as you try to talk to him he will threaten you with the police
