My furnace went during the worst time of a snow blizzard, freezing temperatures, and holiday. I got Ben’s contact through a community group chat. I messaged Ben and he came promptly on time. Unfortunately, I had to replace the furnace unit but he was able to do it all on the same day. The unit installed was a Lennox and has way more burners than the previous builder furnace.
