As a medical professional and clinician, I would never recommend this organization to provide care to anyone that I know. They are very unprofessional, unorganized, uneducated and communication lacks greatly! They do not care at all about making a good first impression or the clients and families. Also working within the Care Coordination field I will never recommend them to any of my members or clients that are seeking caregiving services through the Medicaid program.
