Update: As I expected, a generic copy/paste response is submitted on my review. I would be surprised if they actually read it if their solution is for me to call them. Erasing of appointment records and not diagnosing correctly …was treated horribly here also was rejected on refills for medication after pointing out misdiagnosis.
I’ve been seeing Kelsey De Villiers for my annual physical & healthcare needs. She is a nurse practitioner & she’s fantastic! She’s thorough, dedicated, knowledgeable & has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend her.
