*ZERO STARS - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!* I'm still fuming as I write this review about the absolute disaster that was 1st Call Transport Service. They utterly failed to provide the most basic level of service and respect for my family's needs during a vulnerable time. Not sure how this guy is as a business owner but, as far as personally dealing with them as a customer, this guy is horrible! Called for a road service to get a used tire delivered and and installed and was quoted a 30-60 minute ETA and he agreed but, then complained about the technician the whole time he waited on him to arrive and as if he should speed and get a ticket to make it to him or stop working on his previous client who he is helping to come help him first because apparently he thinks he’s the only one who needs h... read more

If I could give negative stars I would as I’m crying and still trying to process the horrific experience my family endured with 1st Call Transport Service , We should have never called in the 1st place. They failed to provide the dignity and respect my mother deserved during her transport to the cemetery.
