Thoroughly pleased with the inspection on a travel trailer we had planned to purchase from Optimum RV. Communication from start to finish was appreciated and David called several times while inspecting the RV. The report consisted of 151 items inspected and 99 photos some showing minor issues and some showing major issues. I thought I had done a good job looking over everything but having someone experienced look over the unit was money well spent. Saved us a lot of money down the road. Thanks David!
If I could put zero stars I would have. Called him out for in inspection on a camper I was about to purchase. He was RUDE and very unprofessional. DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!
I would give this a ZERO if I could select it!! I call for service questions pertaining to an AC installation with my camper and the man was so disgustingly rude and hung up on me!! Never received such bad service! Never again! DO NOT RECOMMEND
I was considering purchasing a 5th wheel in FL and I'm in IL so I knew I needed to have it inspected. David stayed on the phone with me for over an hour. He has many years of experience and gave me some good advice even though his advice to me to wait on my purchase took away from me hiring him. He's very detail oriented and in the future when I'm ready I would definitely hire him if I find another 5th wheel in FL.‼
A potential purchaser called this place to do an inspection of the rv I was selling. He charged them $750 for the inspection and while he was pretty thorough when he left we found a few things broken from his inspection and a scratched corner of our countertop we had to fix. He couldn’t start the generator and I had to do it for him. We found a broken plastic seat handle too that was not broken before he inspected the vehicle.
