I was considering purchasing a 5th wheel in FL and I'm in IL so I knew I needed to have it inspected. David stayed on the phone with me for over an hour. He has many years of experience and gave me some good advice even though his advice to me to wait on my purchase took away from me hiring him. He's very detail oriented and in the future when I'm ready I would definitely hire him if I find another 5th wheel in FL.‼
A potential purchaser called this place to do an inspection of the rv I was selling. He charged them $750 for the inspection and while he was pretty thorough when he left we found a few things broken from his inspection and a scratched corner of our countertop we had to fix. He couldn’t start the generator and I had to do it for him. We found a broken plastic seat handle too that was not broken before he inspected the vehicle. After asking what my issue was: "Call someone else, we don't know when we can get to you". For an emergency electrical issue. Gee, thanks. Just to be clear, if (in what I understand to be slow season for RV Repair in FL), you're overloaded and can't provide timely service, I totally get and respect that. But asking me to describe my situation in depth and *then* telling me you're too busy tells me you're cherrypicking jobs. That's fine, too - but that's also why you're getting 1 star.
