Replaced a gas valve that Schneider Heating deemed bad and wanted over $600 to replace. Took him two visits since his vendor sent the wrong part. I still had ignition issues the next day. Turns out neither company (Schneider or 1st Call) bothered to check for clogged burners. There was never an issue with the gas valve in the first place. Ken is a nice guy but I am not going to keep paying "professionals" exorbitant rates for half-assed diagnosis and services. Ken: send me a refund check for $300 and I delete this review.

Both times I called them they came right out, early in the morning, and got the job done! I really appreciate all their help and prompt responses! 10/10 would call them anytime I need furnace work

FIVE STAR Business, FIVE STAR owners! Thank you Ken and Denise for your prompt and quick service for my mother's A/C Unit! I was scheduled to close and sell when a leak was discovered and Ken was there as promised the next morning, got the part and fixed it immediately. They go above and beyond for their customers!!
