FIVE STAR Business, FIVE STAR owners! Thank you Ken and Denise for your prompt and quick service for my mother's A/C Unit! I was scheduled to close and sell when a leak was discovered and Ken was there as promised the next morning, got the part and fixed it immediately. They go above and beyond for their customers!!
Ken (the owner) and his right hand man Anthony installed a Vermont Casting, free standing fireplace for us. We purchased it used online and most HVAC businesses won’t consider working on equipment that they didn’t sell. However, 1st Call had no problem with that. Highly recommend them! Wonderful experience from quote to installation! Ken came out and took a look at our furnace, gave us honest, straightforward answers to all our questions; gave us a reasonable price for a new furnace and was super fast with installing our new furnace-we gave him the go ahead on Tuesday and today (Friday) everything was installed and running before I returned home from work! 10 out of 10 will be recommending Ken and 1st Call to all our family & friends!
Ken and Denise were very helpful. They did not just shove a price at me when my furnace went out. They went above and beyond to find the best option for my family. I can not thank them enough for all of their help. This will be the only place for our family to go for any heating or cooling needs. Honest, helpful and kind people are hard to come by these days!
