After a previous great experience with Tristian maintaining my ancient furnace, I decided that I needed to add AC to my home. At the same time update to a new furnace. Bill and the office staff were very honest that 1st call is not an authorized XCEL installer, and would not be able to process xcel rebates. Great reliable service.
My furnace failed overnight on the weekend during an extreme cold spell. I tried several HVAC contractors prior to calling Bill at 1st Call. Bill had it repaired within about three hours from the original call to his office. Outstanding service on a Sunday at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend 1st Call Heating & Air. Tim V.
