I called to get my A/C back up and running. Kenny called me back quickly and was able to help me out the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. He was on time and very professional. I will definitely use 1st Call the next time. I strongly recommend this company!

Honest and reliable, i had another company come by first , they wanted over a grand to do the repair. So i tried 1st call he came next day and saved me 700 dollars from what other company asked. They answered every question I had , explained everything thoroughly. I will call them every time for now on. Thanks Kenny

I was super pleased with their initial service. Very knowledgable and thorough. Not a big company with big overhead and a fleet of trucks, so repair costs were very fair. But the next time I needed them, I was put off and put off and putt off and put off and after a month of that bullshit I called someone else. There's no loyalty anymore. That's a shame.

1st Call should be your only Call for HVAC service! Kenny did the job on a Saturday evening after making a call to him about 1pm today. He said when he was going to come and he did. Throughout the whole time, he kept me updated on his ETA. Once he arrived he was through in the explanation of what was wrong after doing some troubleshooting why the heat was still running after I turned it off. This should be the only call you make for AC repair in all of St. Petersburg! Extremely professional, fairly priced and did a fantastic job. I called 12 other companies in the area and this is the only one I would use again!
