Cesar is amazing and he did what other technician's wouldn't. He is a tech and someone you could really be friends with. HONESTY or lack of, had been a problem with a couple companies I've dealt with for things needed for the home and for vehicle. Cesar was honest, patient and this is an edit to my review just so I can mention more about him. We were his 6th call on a hot day. Our indoor unit is in the hot attic.
