I don't write many reviews, but this one's earned. We worked with Evertree (Blake and Doug Montgomery) for years across several of our companies, and eventually the business need was to move a good portion of our coverage to another provider. Very poor and unprofessional service. Sara can be especially rude and is often unresponsive to communications and confrontational. It's obvious she does not care too much about her job or their customers and is just there to get paid. This place used to be much better until Evertree took over. Not really sure what they even do though besides act as a middle man between you and your actual insurance company. Evergreen Insurance? More like "Nevergreen" Insurance. From the moment I called, I was met with a level of incompetence that's frankly astounding. Unhelpful? That's an understatement. They were actively unhelpful, like they were trying to see how much they could avoid doing. Organized? They couldn't organize a sock drawer. And the rudeness? Let's just say I've had more polite conversations with a brick wall. Save yourself the headache and find insurance elsewhere. You'll thank me.
