We hired 1st Alarm to install seven cameras in our church building. Gabriel and his team did a superb job. They were always very responsible and professional.
I contacted 1st Alarm spoke w/ Gabriel and he’s been very helpful and patient w/ me since day 1. I really don’t know much about security systems and I thought it would be super complicated. He answered all my questions before I made the choice the make the appt for the installation. His guys came out today to install the security system and they were AWESOME!!! Brinks home security send this company out. Sensor’s falling off and apparently Brink told me they did extra work that wasn’t authorized.
We had 1st Alarm El Paso run some ethernet connections from our router to ethernet ports in four of our rooms. Gabriel and another tech whose name I didn't catch, came out early in the morning and completed the service within a couple of hours. Their work was stellar and they both were extremely professional, friendly, and trustworthy, not to mention they had the BEST prices on the work they did. Would highly recommend them for any of the services they offer!
