RecommendedFor first time in 34 yrs of being a member. I am greatly disappointed in the way the shredfest is being conducted today. was told to park and wait. 1 hour later the biggest fiasco is going on. no one dircecting traffic or informing us we can now proceed to the shredder. sadly because of this fiasco I didn't get a chance to get documents shredded. will buy a shredder and do it myself.
We have never had a single transaction go smoothly with this bank. As soon as we can get the most recent screw up fixed, we are closing all accounts. They are famous for saying one thing, then doing another.
Terrible customer service with this bank! Tried making a auto loan payment online this past Saturday( I have been making payments online for the last 4 or 5 months now so I understand how it works). Honestly i absolutely love 1A and been with them for years but for the love of god DO NOT use the check deposit option on the app it takes days to clear and then they tell you crap lies about how they cant fix it.
