This place really does take the cake with self care. They’re cryo-chamber gives me the perfect boost to get my evening workout in after I get off work. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for anyone who has a hard time de-stressing like myself 😁

Don't go to Ben if you're a young single female, or don't enjoy getting talked down to, or having your employee smell like he hasn't learned about the invention of deodorant. He will be beyond rude to you if you ever bring up or mention canceling the service and often times will either show up late, or leave well before the times indicated hoping the manager will take over for him.
Love the infrared sauna. Very helpful for recovery
