I want to start off by saying coach Lorena is the most kindest sweetest person you will ever meet. I’ve been going to 1Ryde for 1 month and let’s just say if I don’t go my whole day is off. It’s an amazing place to be and you are surrounded by beautiful people that are on the same journey as you. I had never taken a spin class before but now I can’t live without 1Ryde. If you are waiting for a sign THIS IS IT!!!! Reach out to Coach Lorena you will not regret it!!! 1000/10 recommend

I absolutely love this studio! Lorena is an amazing instructor. The environment is always positive. Each class leaves me feeling energized for the day. The classes are fun and most importantly I'm getting a great workout. I highly recommend.

I really enjoy this studio, the instructor, Lorena, is always encouraging and has definitely curated a playlist that gets the blood pumping. Not like a corporate studio where they just yell out numbers (bpm to rpm) to random house music.

The BEST Spin class & stress reliever ever!! I've been coming off and on to Lorena's classes since she was doing them from her garage. And she is still the same Motivating, Sweet, Caring, Loving person from day one. I love coming to her classes because no matter how fast or slow you are on your bike there is no judgment here. It's more like nothing but motivation to keep going and NEVER Give Up. JC Tamez

I began attending classes through word of mouth. Three years later I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been; physically and mentally. Having Lorena as your spin mentor and instructor really helps build a better you. She is super flexible with scheduling and walks with you step by step as you grow stronger. She really builds a connection with each spinner and helps you achieve your personal goals.
