I want to start off by saying coach Lorena is the most kindest sweetest person you will ever meet. I’ve been going to 1Ryde for 1 month and let’s just say if I don’t go my whole day is off. It’s an amazing place to be and you are surrounded by beautiful people that are on the same journey as you. I had never taken a spin class before but now I can’t live without 1Ryde. If you are waiting for a sign THIS IS IT!!!! Reach out to Coach Lorena you will not regret it!!! 1000/10 recommend
I absolutely love this studio! Lorena is an amazing instructor. The environment is always positive. Each class leaves me feeling energized for the day. The classes are fun and most importantly I'm getting a great workout. I highly recommend.
I really enjoy this studio, the instructor, Lorena, is always encouraging and has definitely curated a playlist that gets the blood pumping. Not like a corporate studio where they just yell out numbers (bpm to rpm) to random house music.
