I like the gym, really good. Nice welcoming staff, very friendly. This is my third time coming back to the gym, I first did a class called Reshape and I think my body is reshaped now, thanks to coach Seisia. She really really good! Very nice, very helpful, very friendly. I keep coming back for her! I also like the lights, makes me feel like I’m partying when I’m working out!
Chris is such a great Pilates instructor. He’s really knowledgeable and always mixing things up to keep classes interesting. You can really push yourself in his sessions or take it a bit easier if you need to. Not to mention, the playlists are elite. Couldn’t recommend him more!!
Just had the absolute worst experience in this gym - I've never had one before! This was my first time there - no one has noticed that so no one has showed me around. I went into the reshape room and had no idea what was going on so asked the trainer to explain. Sydney, who was leading the class, spoke to me in such a rude manner and said "that happens 5 minutes before the class". I responded that I was here 5 minutes before the class...
