Just had the absolute worst experience in this gym - I've never had one before! This was my first time there - no one has noticed that so no one has showed me around. I went into the reshape room and had no idea what was going on so asked the trainer to explain. Sydney, who was leading the class, spoke to me in such a rude manner and said "that happens 5 minutes before the class". I responded that I was here 5 minutes before the class... Tried out advanced Pilates class here, enjoyed it! would come back again!
I would drive all this way just because I like the aesthetic so much.
Requel was very unprofessional. I was very displeased with her rather condescending tone and rude behavior. Would not recommend her classes whatsoever.
