If you do business with this company good chance you'll loose everything. Or it will cost you alot . I will be posting the $30,000 in extra fees they charged me . Their website is total lies . 1onefund is what they call 1 and done . They charge you a yrs worth of interest for me it was $18,0000 on a $155,000 mortgage. After 1 yr they pulled out would not renew and I paid zero to the principal. My next post is of the fees they sent my lawyer. This place is nothing but a scam. DO NOT ever deal with these clowns. They are the most ignorant people I have ever dealt with. I backed out of a deal with them and they still try to hold things against me. Stay as far away from this company as you can!
