Dr Jenkie is awesome, the office runs well and his staff is great. Refills are easy. He treats me for Dementia and Parkinson’s.
The staffs were very rude and unprofessional.
The doctor forgot to write the refill. We called their office twice within five days, and our pharmacy also left them a message. Unfortunately, none of our attempts received any response. Looks like we'll have to visit their office again, even though we were there twice just two months ago to get the correct prescription from the same doctor!
